Transactions

Transaction Coordinating Fee

$400

We are actively involved in the transaction from start to finish ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved. This includes but not limited to:

  • Opening Escrow

  • Ordering Inspections

  • Constants communication with all parties including buyer/seller

  • Schedule signing

  • Completing broker compliance system before close of escrow

  • Meeting with client if agent is not able (example: home inspection walk-through)

  • Ordering closing gifts

  • Sending out a flash drive to client with all escrow documents

(All TC Services will be billed at the close of escrow)

Listings

Basic Package

$150

  • MLS entry only

  • Creating full description

  • Uploading pictures

  • RLA completion

  • Loading RLA into broker file

Premium Package

$200

  • Making sure RLA is complete

  • Schedule photos & staging

  • Ordering sign

  • Full MLS input including description & uploading photos

  • Bi-Weekly updates to client about listings performance

  • Scheduling showings

  • Early disclosures & inspections

Elite Package

$350

  • Premium Package plus:

  • Social media posts for listing updates such as just listed, price reductions, open houses, etc.

  • Showing property if agent isn't available

*If Listing hasn’t sold within 4 months, Two Chicks and Agent will reevaluate fee for social media

(All listing fees will be charged after listing is made active on the MLS)

What else you need to know

No Cancellation Fee’s

No matter when your escrow cancels, we will not charge you a cancellation fee. If you don't get paid, neither do we!

Opportunity For a Discount

If you have us manage your listing and you double end it, you will receive $50 off on the transaction package.
